Speculative Design- Oceanaire

This student project was for thinking about future problems and how to solve them. I was thinking about sea levels rising and how cities might be underwater in the future. A fun solution I came up with, is building underwater cities as a way to cope. This illustration is showing underwater buildings and a way for you to breathe underwater without having to come up for air or needing an oxygen tank like scuba divers. I wanted this illustration to feel like a tourist poster advertising somewhere fun to go.
